1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp garlic (or more if you wish!)
1 finely chopped onion
3-4 finely chopped celery stalks
1finely chopped green pepper
½ pound lean ground beef
1 or 2 tomato paste
1 large tin of diced tomatoes
1 large tin of tomato sauce
1 large tin of Mama Bravo Spaghetti Sauce
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. pepper

In a large pot:

1. Sautee the first 5 ingredients in oil until translucent.

2. Add ground beef to the sautéed vegetables and cook until brown.

3. Then ADD the remaining ingredients and stir will.

4. Bring to a boil and then turn down heat let simmer for 1-2 hours.
