1/2 Cup Butter, Softened
3/4to 1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Lemons, Juiced
1 Lemon rind grated

1 ½ Cup a/p Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/8 tsp salt
½ cup milk less 2 TBS

Optional: 1 Cup Chopped Pecans or raisins

GLAZE:

2 TBS Lemon Juice
½ Cup Confectioners Sugar


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat 350. Grease and flour loaf pan.

Mix butter, sugar, egs, lemon juice and rind.
Add sifted flour, baking powder and salt. Then stir in milk and’

Bake.

After baking, cool and remove from pan. Drizzle glaze over loaf.
