2 lbs. hamburger (can use ground turkey)
2 cloves garlic
1 8 oz can tomato paste
1 t. ground cumin
2 T. chili powder
1 t. ground oregano
1 t. salt
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
1/4 C. masa (cornflour)
1 15 oz. can kidney beans
1 15 oz can pinto beans
Cheddar Cheese
Chopped onions & tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Place ground beef in large pot & throw in garlic. Cook over medium heat til browned.
Drain off fat & pour in tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt & pepper. Stir together well,
cover reduce heat to low. Simmer 1 hour stirring occasionally. If it is dry you can add 1/2 c water til you the consistency you want.
