1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3 tbsp. long grain rice, raw
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
3 c cabbage, coarsely shredded

Directions:
Directions:
In a large frying pan, sear the ground beef in oil for a minute or two. Then add onion, salt, pepper and rice. Mix well and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the tomato soup, water and mix well. Turn the cabbage into a greased baking dish or casserole. Pour meat mixture evenly over the raw cabbage. Do not stir. Bake covered for 11/2 hours at 325F.
