Mix until;
1 c flour
3/4 c rolled oats
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c melted margarine
1 tsp cinnamon
Press half mixture in a 9'' greased pan. Cover with 4 c chopped Rhubarb.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the following:
1/2 c sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c water
Cook until thick and clear in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and 1 tsp vanilla. Pour over rhubarb. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
