1 lb ground meat (mix ground sausage and beef)
1 medium onion
4 slices bacon chopped
1 cup rice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
cabbage
1 cup washed and drained sauerkraut

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon well. Remove and saute onion. Add washed rice and bacon, let sit til cool. Add salt and paprika to meat. Chop extra cabbage on top. Add 1 cup washed drained sauerkraut.

Mix cup of rice per lb of meat.
