Juice of 2 limes, 4 cloves garlic crushed, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 jalapeno minced, 2 Tbsp white vinegar, 2 pound flank steak.

In a zip lock bag combine lime juice, crushed garlic, orange juice, chopped cilantro, salt, pepper, olive oil, minced jalapeno and vinegar. Squeeze well to mix all ingredients.

Add flank steak and make sure the meat is well coated. Refrigerate minimum 2 hours. Best if refrigerated over night.

Heat outdoor grill to a high heat.

Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the excess. Cook on the grill for 8 to 10 minutes on each side.

Remove from the heat and let rest about 10 minutes.

Slice against the grain and serve.
