2 large eggs, 2 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp old bay seasoning, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 cup finely diced celery (1 stalk), 2 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley, 1 pound crab meat, 1/2 cup panko. Canola oil for cooking.

Combine all ingredients in bowl and gently fold mixture all together. Shape into 6 crab cakes (about 1/2 cup each). Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Heat oil in the pan and add crab cakes cooling on each side (3 to 5 minutes per side) until golden brown. Serve immediately.
