1 cucharadita de polvo de chile.
½ cucharadita de cayena en polvo.
8 espigas de maíz, descascaradas.
¼ taza de mayonesa o mantequilla sin sal.
½ taza de queso cotija desmenuzado, parmesano o ricotta salata.
1 lima, cortada en 8 cuñas.

Hervir el agua y poner el maíz en el interior y esperar a dejar que hierva cuando su cocinar listo el elote en su camino entonces [opcional] añadir el queso y la mayo y añadir un poco de limón.
