2 c. Liebers almond flour
1 c. potato starch
½ c. ground almonds
1 t. baking powder (optional)
¾ c. oil
¾ c. sugar
4 t. orange juice
6 egg yolks

Chocolate layer:
1¼ c. sugar
7 T. cocoa
4 eggs
7 T. sweet red wine
5 oz oil

Meringue layer:
6 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 T. vanilla sugar (optional)
4 t. potato starch

3 oz grated semisweet baking chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with parchment paper. To prepare the crust, mix all ingredients together by hand until it holds together. Remove a ½ c. batter and place it in the freezer. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
Next, to prepare the chocolate layer, combine the cocoa and sugar, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix with a fork. Pour the chocolate mixture over the crust. bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes, until the chocolate layer is firm. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
While the cake is cooling, prepare the meringue layer, Beat the egg whites until stiff, then slowly add the rest of the ingredients. Pour the snow over the cake. Sprinkle with grated chocolate. Grate the frozen piece of crumble and sprinkle it over the cake. Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes, until golden.
