21/4 c flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1/2 c margarine 1/2 c vegetable shortening 3/4 c white sugar 3/4 c brown sugar 11/2 tsp vanilla 2 eggs, beaten 2 pkg chocolate chips
Use electric mixer and cream margarine, shortening, sugars, vanilla, and eggs. Beat until mixture is light and fluffy. Gradually add dry ingredients and stir in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonful onto parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375F for 8-10 mins.
