5 eggs
approx. 2 cups of water
1 c. matzah meal
½ c. potato flour
1 large apple, grated
Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and water. Add remaining ingredients. If necessary, add a bit more water to make it pourable pancake batter. Heat and grease a skillet. Add batter to the pan and fry on both sides. To serve, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, or spread with jam or even cottage or cream cheese.
