3 eggs
2 T. sugar
1 t. salt
½ C. oil
1¾ C. potato starch

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300ºF. In an electric mixer, combine all ingredients on high speed until well combined. Spread a thin layer of batter on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into squares. Return to oven and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!
