1 lb. cooked chicken breast (can use more)
8 oz. lowfat sour cream
1 cup lowfat milk
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp nutmeg
2 cans cream of chicken soup
10 oz frozen chopped spinach - thaw and squeeze water out
cooked lasagna noodles (12)
12-16 oz mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Cook lasagna noodles according to instructions. Combine chicken sour cream, milk, onion, and spices. Combine spinach, 2 cans soup, parmesan cheese. Spray 9x13 glass dish. place 3 noodles in bottom (can put a little of the soup from the can on the very bottom to keep from sticking). place think layer of chicken mixture, followed by soup/spinach mixture. Layer, repeat. End with layer of noodles. Top with mozzarella cheese. Cover loosely with foil. Bake one hour at 350º. Remove foil for last 10 minutes.
