3 lbs pork loin roast
1 lb dry pinto beans
2 pods chopped garlic
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. ground cumin seed
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp. salt
1 can chopped green chilis (add after shredding meat)

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in large pan or crock pot and cover with water. Cook covered for 6 hours. Add water as needed. Remove meat and bones. Shred meat and add back to crock pot. Cook until desired thickness. Serve on a crispy fried corn tortilla. Top with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, onion, avocado and salsa. Feeds 8 hungry people easily.
