For 3 C of medium white sauce:
6 T butter
6 T flour
3 C milk
8 oz of mozzarella cheese
1 lg grated carrot
1/2 tsp of pepper
For filling:
2 C cottage cheese
I egg
pinch of salt, pepper and parsley
I small chopped onion
8-16 oz frozen spinach or broccoli ( drained)
Cheese: 8 oz swiss or provolone
Pasta: 1/2 box of cooked lasagna noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Line pan with foil. Layer noodles, sauce, filling,cheese, repeat ending with sauce on top.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Top with parmesan cheese when done, and let set for 10-15 minutes after baking to set up before serving. Otherwise your lasagna will be mushy.
