Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 packages of Adolph meat marinade
1 envelope of Italian drsg.
Sirloin Steaks, ( or other tender cuts of steak) 1-2 packages depending on how many people you have to serve. 2 -3 pounds each
Canned or fresh mushroom buttons, one container of fresh, 2 cans if canned
Green pepper chunks ( figure 3-5 per person) ( probably can get 10 chunks per green pepper)
Cherry Tomatoes ( figure 2-5 per person)
Small canned pearl onions ( usually one jar is enough)
2 cans of canned white potatoes ( whole)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat marinade according to package directions. Cut up steaks up in one inch cubes, and trim off the fat. Put cubes into meat marinade and let it soak up the marinade all day.
Mix up the italian dressing and put all the veggies in it to marinade all day as well.
Then I usually put each kind of veggie along with meat chunks in individual bowls, set out screwers, and turn on grill to medium. Each person can make their own kabobs, and put something on it to identify it is their kabob, such as a cherry tomato on top. Grill each side for about five minutes, then turn and grill the other side for five minutes. Serve with garlic or some other flavorful bread.
