6 eggs
2 ¼ c. sugar
1 t. vanilla sugar (optional)
1 c. oil
1 c. potato starch
¾ c. cocoa
1 t. baking powder
½ t. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In the bowl of a mixer on low speed, add 6 eggs. Slowly add in the sugars and oil and allow to mix for 15-20 minutes on medium speed. ( Do not skip this step!) After 20 minutes, add potato starch, cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix well and pour into a lined 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 1 hour.
