Kitchen Sink Cookies Recipe

1 cup butter softened (no substitutes)
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
3 cups of all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup quick cooking oats
1 cup rice crispy cereal
1 cup coconut
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup chopped walnuts

In mixing bowl, cream butter, oil and sugars. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Beat in vanilla. combine flour, salt, cream of tartar and baking soda.

Drop by level teaspoons full 2" apart onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake at 350 for 11-13 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.
