1 c butter
¾ c finely minced onion
12 c bread cubes
1½ c chopped celery
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
Optional: chicken broth
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet.
Add onion and celery and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
Put bread cubes in large bowl and add sesonings, onion, celery and butter.
Stir until blended.
Add enough broth to moisten the dressing.
