Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Popcorn
Vegetable Oil
Butter
A variety of hard cheeses for grating (parmigiano reggiano, pecorino romano, asiago)
Brewers yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oil in a sauce pan that is medium to large in size (we use medium heat, this will vary based on range). Put one kernel into the pan and put the lid on. Once that kernel pops add the desired amount of popcorn into the pan and put the lid back on. While you're waiting for the popcorn to pop get out a medium and an extra large popcorn bowl. Once the popcorn is done popping, divide it evenly between the 2 bowls and place the pan back on the burner, lowering the heat. Take your desired amount of butter (be generous) and put it into the hot pan. Let the butter melt then let it brown - add a little bit more butter. We let our butter get really, really brown. Pour half of the butter on the popcorn in the larger of the 2 bowls. Now is a good time to melt more butter in case you need it. Next, sprinkle the top of the buttered popcorn with brewers yeast and then liberally grate a mixture of the cheeses on top of it. Pour the rest of the popcorn on top and repeat the butter, brewers yeast and cheese additions. Use a butter knife to fold through the popcorn to mix it. Yum!

Personal Notes:
Asron and I combined the popcorn recipes from our childhoods to create this masterpiece. There is no formal recipe and you can modify however you see fit as far as oils and butters are concerned.
