10 green apples, cut into chunks
⅓ c. sugar
2 t. cinnamon

Crumbs:
1 c. sugar
1 c. potato starch
½ c. crushed nuts
⅓ c. oil
1 t. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Combine apples with sugar and cinnamon and place in a 9 x 13 pan. Mix the crumb ing. and spoon over the apples. Bake@ 325º for at least an hour.
