3 eggs
c. oil
1 T. vanilla sugar
- c. sugar
2 t. baking powder
4 c. almond flour
c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, cream eggs, oil, vanilla sugar and sugar. Slowly add in baking powder and almond flour. Keep mixing until a dough forms. Stir in chocolate chips. Divide dough in half and form into two long logs. Flatten each log so that they are inch thick and 4 inches wide. Place logs side by side on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and cut into -inch slices. Place cut side up on the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until biscotti are crisp and lightly golden.
