1 1/2 pounds of stew meat ( fat trimmed off)
1 T cooking oil
8-12 medium fresh tomatoes peeled and cut up.
2 C tomato Juice
2 medium onions, chopped
1 garlic clove minced
1/2 tsp of pepper
2 tsp of salt
4-6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
3-5 carrots sliced
2 C frozen corn
2 C fresh cut green beans
2 C frozen peas
2-3 stalks of celery stalks sliced
1 C slices summer squash
1/4 C snipped fresh parsley
1 tsp of sugar

Line crock pot with liner ( for quicker clean up.) Add all ingredients. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, high 3-4 hours.
HINT: The longer you cook this, the better it is, as all the ingredients flavor blends together well. 8 hours should be the longest you cook though on low setting.
