1/2 C LUKEWARM WATER
5 C ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 TSP SALT
3 TSP BAKING POWDER
3/4 C SHORTENING
2 C MILK

Directions:

DISSOLVE SUGAR AND YEAST IN LUKEWARM WATER.
SIFT FLOUR,BAKING POWDER AND SALT
CUT IN SHORTENING UNTIL MIXED.
ADD MILK AND YEAST MIXTURE
WORK WITH LARGE SPOON UNTIL FLOUR IS MOIST.
COVER BOWL AND REFRIG UNTIL READY TO USE

FOR JIFFY CLOVERLEAF MAKE GOLF BALL PIECES AND SNIP WITH KITCHEN SHEARS

FOR PARKERHOUSE ROLL DOUGH 3/8 IN THICK, CUT WITH BISCUIT CUTTER, BRUSH WITH BUTTER,

BAKE 400º FOR 12-15 MIN
