3 C CUT OKRA
SALT
PEPPER
1/2 - 1 C ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/4 C CORNSTARCH
1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
1/2 C WATER

OIL

Directions:
Directions:
SEASON OKRA WITH SALT AND PEPPER

MIX FLOUR, CORNSTARCH, SODA AND WATER

POUR OVER OKRA AND STIR UNTIL COATED

HEAT OIL IN SKILLET AND ADD OKRA

FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
