Bake 350º oven

1 (10 oz) frozen hash browns, thawed

1 large diced onion

2 lbs shredded cheddar cheese

1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup

salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350º

Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray

In a large bowl combine all ingredients until well mixed

Spoon into prepared casserole dish and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and top is lightly browned.




Note to self: if you want to use baking potatoes instead of frozen, 4 large baking potatoes, shredded instead of the frozen hash browns. Increasing cooking time to 1 hour and 15 mins.
