4 squares unsweetened chocolate
2/3 cup oil or shortening
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1-1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup nuts

FROSTING

1 square chocolate
4 T butter
1-1/2 T warm water
1 cup confectioners sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Melt 4 chocolate squares over hot water with oil or shortening. Beat in sugar and eggs. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Stir into chocolate mixture. Mix in nuts. Spoon in to 13x9x2" pan. Bake 30 minutes.

FROSTING

Melt chocolate and butter over hot water. Blend in warm water. Stir and beat in confectioners sugar.
