3/4 c rolled oats(not instant)
1 1/2 c boiling water
Let stand

3 eggs, beaten
11/2 tsp soda
11/2 tsp baking powder
11/2 c flour
3/4 c oil
1c brown sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, spices and cocoa. Add eggs and sugar to oatmeal and mix. Add four mixture and pour in a 9 x 13 greased pan. Bake at 350F for 40 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
