1 lb hamburger
1 large onion
1 garlic clove or 1 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat with onion and garlic until brown and then add:

1 tin crushed tomatoes
1 tin tomato paste
1 can mushrooms with juice
1 small bay leaf
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
salt to taste
1/2 c water

Simmer for 1-2 hours. Freezes well.
