1 lb. ground beef
kidney beans
black beans (rinsed)
pinto beans
shoepeg corn--1 can of each, drained
1 can Rotel© tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
1 package ranch dressing
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef. With the beef, in a stockpot or slow cooker, combine all other ingredients except the cheese. Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle cheese on top of each serving.

Quick, easy, keeps well and is satisfying on a cold night. We like it with cornbread, but that's a southern thing! Add a green salad and dinner's ready.
