1 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped nuts
1 small onion, grated
black pepper to taste
dash of cayenne
Directions:
Directions:
Mix and mold with hands into desired shape (we mold into a ring); refrigerate until chilled. To serve, fill center with strawberry preserves. Can be served as a compliment to a main meal or as an hors d'oeuvre with crackers.
