4 cups Basil leaves
3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Pine Nuts
3/4 cup Parmesean
3 cloves garlic
Salt and Pepper

Put all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Freeze in ice cube trays or in glass containers for easy use later. In glass snap container in frig, this will last 2 weeks or so.

When you have a big harvest of basil, don't let it go to waste! Make a bunch of pesto! So good on tomatoes with goat cheese, pasta, chicken, fish, appetizers, etc. Love me a summertime basil crop!
