1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 can Frito Lay Bean Dip (original flavor)
20-30 drops Tabasco sauce
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 package dry taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Frito Corn Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cream cheese, bean dip, tabasco sauce, sour cream, green onions and taco seasoning mix. On top of mixture sprinkle a layer of Monterey jack cheese, then a layer of sharp cheddar cheese. Bake in a 350º oven for 30-40 minutes. Serve with Fritos Scoops chips.

I got this recipe from Anne Passantino (my dear friend Nancy's mother) over 20 years ago. It is a staple at parties and even made an appearance at the most recent 2017 Matthews Super Bowl gathering at Susan and Michael's! It's always best to get the Frito Scoops in the jumbo size package:)
