1 beef rump roast
4 russet potatoes
1 lb. baby carrots
1 - 2 onions, quartered
beef broth (optional)
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut the potatoes into bite sized pieces, leaving the skin on.

Layer roast, onions, potatoes, & carrots in a slow cooker. Add salt and pepper. Add beef broth or water to keep moist. Cook on low for about 7 - 8 hours.
