6 large potatoes
6 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Chicken or beef stock to nearly cover the potatoes
Juice of half a lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375

Melt butter in a 8x12 baking dish
Peel and cut potatoes in 11/2 " pieces, and place in baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper ; Toss lightly to coat with butter.
Add lemon juice and enough stock to almost cover potatoes.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour 15 minutes, or until cooked and lightly browned.
