12 large eggs
8 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 cups shortening -- half oleo, half Crisco, melted and cooled
4 tsps vanilla flavoring
4 tsps orange flavoring
4 tsps lemon flavoring
15 tsp FRESH baking powder

FROSTING

1 cup powdered sugar
Lemon rind and juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar and flavorings, beat well. Add cooled shortening, beat well. Sift flour and baking powder together. Add. Chill overnight.

Dust hands with flour. Roll dough into balls.

Bake 10-12" until lightly browned on bottom.

Mix frosting ingredients until thick. Frost knots.
