1 cup cocoa
1 lb sugar
2 cups milk
1 lb Crisco or margarine = 2 cups melted
Pinch of salt
1/2 lb raisins
1 lb walnuts = 2 cups
1 orange - grated rind and juice
3 T baking powder
1 T vanilla
Flour as needed (about 6 cups)

HALF AMOUNT:

1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup margarine or Crisco melted
1 cup sugar
Pinch salt
1 cup milk
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
1 orange - grated rind and juice
2 T baking powder
1 T vanilla
Flour - 3 cups or as needed

FROSTING:

1 lb box powdered sugar
3-4 heaping T of cocoa
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Blend all ingredients together, adding flour as needed. Roll into balls.

Mix frosting ingredients together. Frost cookies while warm.
