1 cup finely chopped walnuts, divided
1 7-oz jar marshmallow cream
1-1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 12-oz pkg (2 cups) Nestle's Toll House Butterscotch Flavored Morsels
1 tsp orange extract
1 tsp grated orange rind

Line 8" square pan with foil. Spread 1/2 cup walnuts evenly on bottom of pan, set aside.

In heavy gauge saucepan, combine marshmallow cream, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt. Bring to full rolling boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add butterscotch morsels, stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in orange extract and orange rind. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup walnuts on top. Chill until firm (about 2 hours).
