Dressing
cup vegetable oil
cup vinegar
cup ketchup
cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper

2 ripe tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
1 onion
1/2 green and red pepper

1 box Fusilli pasta (coloured)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop 2 ripe tomatoes, 1/2 cucumber, 1 onion, some green and red peppers.

Cook fusilli pasta (coloured). Drain and wash with cold water.

Add Tomatoes, etc. to pasta and mix in dressing. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Will last for up to 7 days in fridge.

Well this is a favourite recipe that was given to me by my friend, Marlene. Any time I make it, people say they really enjoy it. Makes me proud! (Since I'm not a good cook)
