1/4 cup and 2 tbsp Hershey Cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
dash of salt
4 cups milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Cocoa, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Add small amount of milk (about 1/3 cup) and stir to form a smooth paste. Stir in remaining milk. Heat thoroughly. DO NOT BOIL. Remove from heat and beat with rotary beater until foamy.
