8 - 10 pounds potatoes

1 brick cream cheese

1 (500 gr) sour cream

paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes and put in pot and fill with water and turn to boil.

At some point do not over flow from pot; yuck to clean up.

When potatoes cooked, drain, leave in pot and add brick of cream cheese, container of sour cream and mix together.

Place in 9 x 13 pan approx. Pat dabs of butter on top. Sprinkle paprika on top.

Now you can put in fridge for up to 24 hours and than cook.


BAKE 350 for 45 minutes.



This is a family favorite at family gatherings.
