Ingredients:  
1 lb. Pecans
2 Egg Whites
2 tsp. Water
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 cup Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Whip egg whites, water and vanilla. Add pecans, mix in. Slowly add cinnamon and sugar. Line a cookie sheet with foil and then grease it. Bake at 250 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
