3/4 c. teriyaki sauce
3T. oil
1tsp. finely minced ginger root
1lb. 1-inch swordfish steak

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate swordfish in sauce other ingredients for an hour. When coals are ready, brush oil on the grill and cook fish about 5 minutes on a side, brushing often with marinade. Check for doneness by cutting through. Do not overcook. Serve with a tossed green salad.
