1-2lbs round steak or stew meat 2 tbsp. oil 1/2 c chopped oil 1 clove garlic 1 can mushrooms or 1 c fresh 1 can tomato soup 1 can beef broth 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 6-8 drops Tobasco sauce 1/2 tsp salt Dash pepper 1 c sour cream/250 ml container 1 7oz package spaghetti Parmesan cheese
Cut meat in 3/4'' cubes; flour; brown in oil. Chop onions; mince garlic; drain mushrooms(reserving liquid). Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms to meat. Combine tomato soup, mushroom liquid, and seasonings, pour over meat. Simmer until tender. (about 1 hr) Just before serving add sour cream blend and heat but not to boil. Serve over spaghetti or with mashed potatoes.
