1½ cup sugar
⅛ teaspoon cream of tartar
⅓ cup water
2 egg whites, beaten
3 squares chocolate
Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except chocolate in top of double boiler. Beat over hot water with rotary beater until it stands in peaks. Melt chocolate and cool. Carefully fold into icing.
