2 pounds of yellow squash
1 small onion chopped
2 eggs beaten
Worchestershire sauce 2 shakes
1/2 cup sour cream
Seasoned stuffing crumbs
Grated cheddar ( some mixed in and on the top.
Paprika on the top

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Slice squash and boil in water with the onion until just tender. Season with salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish. Only use enough stuffing mix to hold the mixture together. Top with cheese and paprika

Bake until golden about 30 minutes
