3 acorn Squash
6 tbsp. butter
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 slices bacon in half
2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat the oven to 350º

Cut squash in half and scoop out the seeds
Arrange squash halves, cut side up on a baking sheet
Drop 1 tablespoon butter into the cavity of each and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add half slice of bacon and 1 teaspoon brown sugar.
Bake 45-55 minutes or until fork tender and slightly browned.
