3-1/2 cups flour
3 T sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup oleo, melted and cooled
3 eggs
1/2 pint sour cream
1 tsp vanilla (optional)

MIX AND SET ASIDE:

1 fresh yeast
1/2 tsp sugar
1 T warm water

FILLING

1 lb ground nuts
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp maple flavoring
about 1/2 cup canned milk to make filling a consistency to spread

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

Mix sugar, oleo and salt. Add flour like pie crust. Add beaten eggs, yeast mixture, sour cream.

Roll into 4 pieces about 1/4" thick. (I measured 4 rolls in 1/2 lb dough.) Add filling. Slit top with scissors. Brush dough around edges with beaten egg white to seal it. Let rise about 1-1/2 hrs. Refrigerator dough overnight.

Bake 25-30 minutes.
