2 lbs. frozen hashbrown, thawed
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 can (10.75oz.) creamed of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until top is golden brown.
